Arizona State University Consortium Agreement

Federal regulations do not allow students to obtain federal grants from two schools at the same time. By entering into a consortium agreement, a student may, during the same semester, go to the University of Arizona (UA) and another accredited school (called a “visiting institution”) and receive federal financial assistance for all combined units. This process benefits most Federal Pell Grant recipients, who are enrolled in less than 12 units at AU. The consortium agreements allow ASU graduates to participate in financial assistance programs while simultaneously participating in the ASU and another accredited university. ASU reserves the right not to enter into a consortium agreement if, in the opinion of ASU Financial Aid and Scholarship Services, this consortium agreement was administratively unaffordable. Consortium agreements contribute to additional financial assistance, not to the postponement of loans. Students who do not meet these conditions and who have a mitigating circumstance must submit a personal statement to the OSFA for examination. For the semester in question, you must at least register with the ASU in mid-term addresses (6 license credits; 5 credit credits). Students of the ASU Nursing CEP with Arizona Community Colleges, University of Mary and Mayo Clinic must enrol in at least one ASU class. If you visit ASU Online through our partnerships with Starbucks, Uber or Aramark, we do not enter into a consortium agreement with the exception of CEP Care Students. ASU law students do not need to register in the ASU credits, but must have the location on the schedule.

All messages related to the consortium agreement process will be sent to your ASU email address. The University of Arizona Consortium Agreement Directive states that OSFA plans to approve a consortium contract only under the following conditions: Please note that if you receive any of the types of rewards listed below, these are used pro-rata only on the basis of your ASU registration status (unionized credits do not count). Please read the full census policy to get details of how premiums are awarded pro-rata based on your registration. . Unionized courses for graduates apply only to TEACH scholarships and FA scholarships in the same percentage as for students. Students at the ASU School of Social Work Tucson Component receive full support. To open a .pdf, you may need to download free reader asU adobe, which is not directly charged to another institution. Your financial assistance will first pay your ASU fees, and then you will be able to pay for any financial assistance to pay for expenses at the other school. You must submit the official academic transcripts of the other institution to ASU admission services within 20 days of the expiry of the period. Check the deadlines for filing the grant schedule.

Make sure all sections of the form are completed before you go to grants and scholarship services.
